In recent years, Mallorca has taken on more of a Bohemian style - high-end hotels are popping up and the beautiful Balearic island of white-sandy beaches and soaring mountains is becoming one of the Mediterranean's chicest holiday destinations. That’s why it’s part of many of our August Collections.

We are so excited to introduce you to our recently renovated and designed townhouse, located in one of the most idyllic villages on the island - Port de Sóller. Your Balearic interior dream becomes a reality when you step into this home full of aesthetic detail. This home is part of our sold-out City Collection and our August families are already in love with it.

A traditional 120sqm townhouse of wonderful proportions is such a rare find in a town of this size. The home is situated only a few minutes from the port, and it has been designed to ensure you feel like a local Mallorquin as soon as you unpack your bags. The town is all about Spanish Balearic beauty: calming interiors, rustic architecture, blissful island life combined with the sparkling blue sea on your doorstep. These elements were the main pillars of the interior design and were brought alive by our talented August interior team.

As you enter the house you can feel a sense of relaxation, thanks to the tranquil colour palette and materials that enhance the architectural features of the property - exposed ceiling beams, terracotta floor tiles, built-in sofas and sensational ceiling height. Our expert interior designers styled the home with nods to the local area so your home is rooted in its heritage.

As you head to the first floor, a right turn will take you to the charming en-suite principal bedroom. The interior in this bedroom is so rejuvenating that all you want to do is relax under the exposed beam ceiling and admire the clever interior details.

This generous bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe, allowing you to tick everything away and enjoy the bright space to the fullest. There is a further double bedroom on the first floor adjacent to the lavish bathroom featuring oversized antique vanity.

The top floor of the house is a high-ceilinged living space with a balcony overlooking magnificent mountain views. This room has been designed with bigger groups in mind as it sleeps an extra two people if needed.
