As you walk down the street, the home is unsuspecting and blends in perfectly with the other homes, but it is when you walk through the traditional wooden door and see the detail and style throughout, that you truly appreciate this unique home. 

As you enter, light streams in from the garden terrace, highlighting the living area made up of authentic stone walls and tiled floors. The house is designed around the gorgeous outdoor terrace, with the lounge, dining room and kitchen all within easy access, allowing for an escape from the Mallorcan sun. Campos

Placed in the ‘Cormarca of Migjorn’, the town and municipality of Campos is the ideal location to enjoy the beauty that is the south east of Mallorca. Campos retains the charms of traditional Mallorca; windy streets and traditional stone buildings are everywhere you look, and the sun blazing high in the sky highlights the beautiful stone palette. Some of the earliest records of campos date back to 1300 AD, and you can feel a sense of this history in its confidence and the residents who live there. 

On a Thursday and Saturday, take a wander into the centre of town and you’ll find the weekly markets taking place, offering fresh produce and local crafts. Open throughout the week are the local bakeries and restaurants, each serving delicious traditional mallorcan cuisine. Alternatively check out the number of prominent Mallorcan vineyards, and grab a bottle to celebrate getting to know your new hometown.

Mallorca is well known for its cycling and hiking trails, and Campos is no different with plenty of land to explore and test yourself or just train in the blazing sun. Fortunately, being close to the coast you can take advantage of the cool sea wind, or go for a dip in some of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of mallorca.

Many of the beaches offer watersports and sailing trips, or if you are confident on your own to rent one, go exploring the hidden coves, caves and inlets that are found in the south and east of the island. It’s a great day out and experience for anyone. Campos is without a doubt, the best location for beaches including ‘Es Trenc’ which stretches for three kilometers of pure crystal clear waters for you to dip your toes in or dive in.

If you’re wanting to stay on land, Campos is also close to the Mallorcan national parks, forest and mountains, so a hike or exploration of the unique botany the island consists of is a great way to spend some time.
