This spring in the British capital, our global community gathered for an evening designed to evoke the essence of Tuscany – home to our Signature, Premium and Prime Collections.

With the spring season finally in full swing, August invited its growing family of homeowners to unite in the heart of the bustling British capital. Hosted at the exclusive Pavilion Club in Knightsbridge, both new and longstanding August homeowners mingled with advisors, designers and August hospitality teams in an experiential evening - an ode to one of the most enviable August destinations.

Overlooking the green sanctuary of Hyde Park, the occasion unfolded on the sky terrace, where signature cocktails and canapés set the tone, heady with the fragrance of lemon and basil. Extending a heartening welcome, CEO, Mélie Dunod, touched on the importance of community and trust, a value that underpins the entire August co-ownership philosophy, and how August continues to evolve from delivering beautiful homes to curating incredible travel experiences.

Mélie then introduced homeowner Michael Crompton – a member of Cozzile, a Signature Collection – who shared a testimonial on his August journey. Seizing the chance to spend more time with his family, Michael joined August to unlock diverse and enviable European lifestyles. With everything curated and managed by August, Michael enjoys more holidays than ever before – noting, particularly, the astounding views from his Tuscan home. Now, his son is taking independent trips with his friends, evolving how the family enjoys the Collection.

Next, Mélie introduced Max Lozinski, Brand Leader for our sister company Villa Valeria – created to infuse the August experience with a deeply sensory element. Adding to the occasion, our partners at Wheely provided a complimentary car service, chauffeuring guests in style. As they departed, guests were offered a taste  of Tuscan living with the parting gesture of an exclusive gift bag brimming with artisanal treasures including the Tuscany candle and a traditional Italian aperitif – plus a secret recipe from an August recommended restaurant.
