Our newest Les Virettes villa, the one that gave the Virettes Signature Collection its name, abrings the easy-breezy Riviera style to your life, from your destination to decor. The Home, Les Virettes

Les Virettes is our latest Signature Collection home, around a half-hour drive from Nice airport. It’s a space where family summers will never look so good - a villa meant for sharing and enjoying.

This home was owned by a local family and is typical of the region, with its traditional, Provençal rustic appeal. Built in the 1970s, it has mislaid its grand allure and warmth, but it’s an ideal blank canvas for our August renovation. It still has the authenticity we love, from oak beams to a fabulous fireplace, and we upgrade the rest.

This home enjoys an incredible position, with a tranquil atmosphere, and welcomes you with impressive views, all the way down to the sea. Yet, it is  just a few minutes’ bicycle ride away from the village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, making it the perfect holiday home.

You’ll have plenty of space here, spread over two floors, with five bedrooms and two living rooms.
Our approach to this renovation is defined by respect for the villa's heritage. Traditional features, the soul of the home, will be carefully preserved. The scope of our work is extensive: from changing floors, shutters, and windows to upgrading the kitchen and every detail is crafted with care.

This space is meticulously organized around the focal point - the fireplace – creating a formal lounge area that exudes warmth and intimacy. Adjacent to it, the dining space invites you to host memorable times with friends and guests.

The interior design embraces a soft neutral palette, harmoniously blending natural materials such as linen and rattan, reminiscent of the region's rustic charm.

The Location, Tourrettes-Sur-Loup

Your local village, just a seven-minute bicycle ride away, is the medieval Tourrettes-sur-Loup. It feels like a heaven-sent sunspot here. Boutiques, galleries and restaurants jostle for your attention and, when you want to pause and do absolutely nothing, there are picture-pretty pit spots all around. Here, you’re only eight miles from the coast, too, for classic, summertime family fun.
