In your game space there is a ping pong table and 4 Dallingridge Harlow (v2) Electric bikes available to use.
Please can we ask that you return return any ping pong balls or paddles to the storage basket.
Please can we ask that the bikes are charged after every use. This can be done via the cables provided. These can be found either in the Games room or the Utility room.
The battery can be charged on or off your bike.

How to get there
Your apartment is located in the lovely Gracia neighbourhood, very close to Eixample.
Its access is very easy with a taxi as well as public transports.
Please note that Uber doesn’t operate in Barcelona, there are many Taxis in the streets but you can also use “FREE NOW Barcelona” app to book taxis in the city.
We also recommend you use “Citymapper” if you want to find itineraries via public transports.

Access to the home
Once you arrive in front of your August home, use your key to enter the building.
Go up two floors with the stairs or press “1” in the elevator. You can read “Primero” on the wall in front of the elevator.

Intercom
The intercom to the apartment is “1o2a”.
From the apartment, the intercom is right next to the door: you can answer your guests and open the door by pressing the key button.
Pedestrian Access

On the day of your arrival, the property manager will arrange for someone to welcome you and hand you the keys to your apartment. Please contact the August team or your property manager if you have any doubts about your check-in.
The main entrance is the green gate with the numbers “41 - 43 - 45” displayed to the right of the gate.
The electric fob that your property manager handed you can then be used on the magnetic keypad on the bottom of the intercom to the right of the gate.
Enter the block directly in front of you and head straight on to the door on the right. Use your magnetic fob again on the gold intercom to the right of this doorway to gain entry to the foyer to the lifts.
Once in the lift press “5” to head to the fifth floor. Your home is number 53, you should pull the door towards you whilst unlocking the key to unlock the door to your apartment.
Intercom
The intercom is next to the apartment entrance, simply answer the phone to talk with the person at the gate. To open the first gate, press the first button on the bottom, then the key button. When you open the door, communication stops, so make sure you provide all necessary information before unlocking the doors.

How to get there
If you’re approaching from the nearest train station, Charlbury, follow the Minster Riding street to its end. Once you pass the Old Swan pub (this should be on your left), Minster Riding goes slightly on the right. At its end, turn right onto
School Hill and drive up the hill. The Cottages will be on your right, clearly labelled ‘The Cottages’ to the left of the large wooden access gate.
If you’re approaching from Burford Road, ignore signs to Little Minster and take the next left signposted “Mister Lovell”. Follow this road down the hill and at the junction, with a bridge to your right, go straight ahead. The Cottages is the second house on the right up School Lane.
How to get in your home
Follow the path down to the front door once you’ve entered the garden.
On the left of the building you will find a black lockbox.

Please keep in mind that the top lock is a safe lock that automatically locks when you leave. When going out in the front garden, always have a key with you in case the door locks.
Please always leave the terrace door key by the TV in the living room at your departure. We also recommend keeping it in here at night.

The remote opens the gate: make sure you aren’t blocking the movement cells while it opens. The door opening is a little slow, press the remote once and wait until the door is fully open before entering to avoid blocking the gate.
Please always make sure to leave the remote control in the lockbox before leaving the house. Gardener and pool maintenance company need it to access the garden during the week.
Take the stairs on the left of the house to reach the entrance door.

Access the apartment
The main entrance from the street is the large green gate labelled “70-76”.
Use the magnetic key under the key pad to open the pedestrian door, or the first button to open the gates to enter with a car.
If driving, follow the road to the left where there is ample visitor parking. To park your car in the underground car park you will need to go to retrieve the remote from the apartment.
Go to the building entrance marked 76. As you enter from the street through the green gates, the path is ahead of you, slightly to your left. Use the small key to open the glass door and walk up one flight of steps to the 1st floor. The apartment door is on your right. The large key will open this door.
There is also lift access, if you use the lift, go to floor 1 and it is the door on your left as you exit.

Otherwise, first go to Petrognano, Campannori LU: From Lucca and Pisa, GPS and apps will take you to Petrognano via Tofoni, this is a very narrow and bendy two-way road itinerary. We highly recommend that you go up to Petrognano via San Gennaro.
You will get to S. Pietro Apostolo church in the center of Petrognano. From the church, take a sharp turn onto via Delle Case Alte. From here, despite the beautiful views, please know the road is narrow and bendy up to the house.
You will cross two forks on the road:
- 1st fork: Keep right on a white stones road
- 2nd fork: Keep left into a vegetated road
You will arrive in front of your property: it is the very last on the road.
Key box
To enter your home, first go through the gate that will always be opened: if not, you can pull the handle from outside through the grid of the door.
On the gate's left column coming in, you will find a key box.

Please note that there is no handle on the house's main entrance: you always need your key.
We strongly advise you always leave you key on the door when outside or you would risk locking yourself out.

How to get there
Your August home in Chamonix is located on the pedestrian street of Av Ravanel le Rouge.
You can park your car and walk to your building - 73 Ravanel le Rouge, apartment five and on the second floor.
The building is located right next to the “little Casino” (approximately 1-minute walking distance).
Once in the house, collect the white card and the magnetic key from the wooden board in the kitchen. The card will give you access to the pedestrian area, whilst the magnetic key will allow you to enter the residential garage and use your parking space.
One key to access the residence building and a second key to open your August home
Once in the apartment, you will find:
• A white card to swipe at the barrier of the pedestrian street of Chamonix village, a one-minute walking distance from your home; and
• A magnetic key that opens the garage and allows access to the building through the main entrance.
• Two additional keys that will open the ski storage and the mailbox. Upon departure, please remember to leave all the keys found in the apartment on the wooden board, in the kitchen.

From the city center walk on “rue Joseph Vallot”, Continue past the Axa Insurance building.

Continue following the path heading around the building to porch number 38. This should be the second porch you come to.
You can access your residence building with the building key. your home number is D32.

For an easier access to the ski lockers, you can also use the pedestrian access to the parking using the code 3512 on the left of the parking gate (See parking section for more information)
Access the apartment
Floor - 3 There is access via the lift or the stairs which are found on your left in the hall corridor. The stairs are also one of the emergency exits.
The door is found to the left of the lift.
To open the door, pull the door handle up while turning the key in the lock. The entrance door can be a little difficult, don’t hesitate to push it firmly.

How to get there
The building entrance is right on the intersection between Carrer de Londres and Carrer de Casanova.
It is the entrance to two adjoining buildings.
Access your apartment
For your first arrival, your property manager will give you access to your apartment in person.
Once you passed the building main door, go up the first stairs and turn left: you will find the elevator or stairs to go up to your apartment.
In the elevator, press 1. The apartment door is on your left coming out of the elevator: door 2.
Your apartment is equipped with a connected lock: your property manager can give you a QR code to access your apartment. To open the door, put the QR code in front of the cell on the left of the door. You will hear the door clicking. Once the door is unlocked, simply push it to get inside.
The August team is working on having classic keys cut for the apartment door.
During office hours, a concierge stays at the entrance of the building and leaves the main building door open: you can go past reception without a key.
Office hours - Monday to Friday:

Using the address in your Sat Nav will take you to the property, but it may try to take you up an off road (4x4 only) track for the final stretch. This is not necessary, there is a paved road to take you the whole way to the property which we highly recommend you use to get there. See below instructions.

Follow Rte de Nant Cruy for 2km until you reach the left turn onto Rte de Barthoud (45°54'53.7"N 6°36'50.0"E).
