“They are artisan producers, different from the rest given their location high-up in the mountains. For most wine-makers, machinery is vital to their work, but at Son Vich everything is done by hand. Wines made at Son Vich include white, blanc de noir, rosé and red. Indigenous varieties of grape such as Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc are planted, as well as the rarely seen Gorgollasa and varieties such as Viognier, Temperanillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.”
